F.A.Q's
Q. How long does it take to ship my vehicle?
A. Typically it takes an estimated 3-5 days to get a truck to your location for pickup, this is a general guild line but your transport representative can be more specific. After the pickup depending on where the car is going it takes an estimated 3-7 days in transit to reach the final destination.

Q. Does my car leave the trailer once its picked up?
A. No, we load the vehicle on the trailer and it stays in that position for the duration of the transport.

Q. What type of Insurance coverage is included?
A. There are 2 types of insurance. Each carrier has a general liability and a cargo policy. Theses are standard in our business.

General Liability covers up to $1,000,000 in coverage to the truck; this is generally for driver error and accidents that could occur.

Cargo is for your scratches and dents that could occur. The coverage limits vary but we see $50-$100,000 per vehicle on the truck as a standard coverage.

We also ask that you always keep your auto insurance policy on the vehicle as well. This is just a good idea.

Q. Do you offer Door to Door service?
A. Of course, we always like to deliver the car to your exact location. There are times where the larger trailers cannot access certain community, roads and complexes. If this happens the driver will let you know and get as close to the destination as possible.

Q. Can I have my friends sign for the car upon delivery?
A. Yes, you can have anyone you authorize sign for your vehicle, we let you decide. We require a signature upon delivery as well as payment.

Q. How does payment work?
A. Typically, we will require a deposit once the truck has been assigned to your order. Once the car is delivered we require the customer pay the driver Cash, Cashiers Check or Money Order. We can also arrange for credit card payment please specify when you are placing your order.
