Auto-Transportquotes.com reserve the right to cancel the contract at any time if the level of profitability of the contract proves unsatisfactory to Auto-Transportquotes.com. Before it does this it will give you the option of paying more so that profitability is restored and the contract becomes suitably viable.
Auto-Transportquotes.com will create professional product/service marketing web site(s) to attract leads. The web site, its contents and associated domain names/trading styles remain Auto-Transportquotes.com property (excluding material provided by you for the web site which remains your property).
Auto-Transportquotes.com may require you to provide marketing information/logos to ensure that the web site is as professional as possible to maximize the lead generation. Auto-Transportquotes.comwill recognize all trademarks and intellectual property in relation to this borrowed material.
You are required to pay promptly for all leads generated as per the payment terms below. Failure to pay promptly will cause immediate cessation of all new leads, and Auto-Transportquotes.commay then elect to sell these leads to one or more of your competitors.
